"Lived at La Mansion since October 2022. Very comfortable, quite, good response to repair requests. Staff very accommodating, friendly & professional. No complaints. Mow grass once a week, trim trees, fumigation often. Very happy living here!"

"I was a resident at the apartment 623 for almost 10 years. I moved out at the end of July 2023 and I should receive my renting deposit money back. Since then, numerous telephone massages and emails were sent to the leasing office at 2700 Ruben Torres Sr. Blvd, Brownsville, TX. Nobody picks the phone, nobody answers to the recorded telephone messages, nobody responds to my emails. Is it possible that multi billion dollar company wants to steal away deposit money from a tenant - a customer for almost 10 years. It appears that the next step should be a complain to the BBB and the small claim court filing- just on basis of principle."

"I lived in LA Mansion two years. It is very good accommodation. They are very fast in response to any incidents. Employees in the leasing office are very kind and helpful and they have activities throughout the year. My kids used to love engaging with these activities. La Mansion is highly recommended."

"We have stayed at this complex for over a year and it was an excellent experience. If we had any issues, they would be resolved in 24 hours or less, the grounds were beautiful, and the office staff was always willing to work with us and our constant changes in updating the lease. The location of the complex is amazing. It’s close to virtually everything! With that said, this place is definitely worth the stay."

"I moved in mid August from San Antonio and have been very pleased with not just the amenities of the complex, but as well with the staff here. I needed to get a fast move in due to my new career and the staff at La Mansion were able to help me set up my lease, move in, electricity, washer and dryer, etc. all in the same day. I give my thanks to the two Monica's that work there as they were the ones whom I spoke with the most and helped me, as this move was a very new experience for a recent college graduate. The pricing for me and the size of the one bedroom was a great fit for me. The walk in closet is huge, especially for one person, and the unit I received was recently renovated with all new carpet and vinyl. What I love the most about living here the location. Next to La Mansion is the trail that follows the Resaca. The trail has been a go to for me almost every weekend and is a very family and pet friendly place with great scenery. It is active both early in the morning and in the late afternoon when the weather is at its best. Eating and shopping is also all I do here in Brownsville, and the complex is conveniently placed next to many restaurants and stores like Wal-Mart, HEB, and the Sunrise Mall. So far I have not had any issues with the complex, but be aware that even though the apartment is on Ruben M. Torres, the real address is FM 802. This mistake caused some frustrating calls for me when trying to set up my internet and cable services, so don't let that happen to you too. Overall I have really enjoyed my time thus far and hope this review helps you find the right place for you."
