"We live on the second floor I think we all should have light on the stairs to see where your stepping. I asked the maintenance and the office but they said for me to buy the bulb. It's the outside stairwell the light fixture is broken. It's a very bad management to bad nice apartment complex."

"A-side this place being remodeled, there are some units with upstair balconies falling apart, wood and concrete. Some units are infested with roaches in the pantries and kitchen area. Mgmnt are never on call nor they respond with concerns. I would NEVER recommend this place especially the upstair units mainly due to alot of balcony issues. l posted pictures of what lm talking about. As for the pool, nasty and notnin working order. THEY DO NOT HANDLE THE ROACH ISSUES - NOT 2 YRS AGO AND DEFINITELY NOT NOW -"

"Very Bad management, this place is very old, rusted and pool is never open. This place has old and rusted carpets and appliances. This place claims to be new and no issues and it doesn't even provide a stable housing living or healthy. My family had to be treated for bug bites recently and i am getting charged for the treatment of my unit. Also my furniture was new before moving in and now its damage.They are not taking responsibility of this issue at all, but accusing me and my family. I honestly don't recommend this property to anyone. You get what you pay for and it was a bad experience."
