"Although I do not live here, there is no assigned parking. You're free to park anywhere. The place was decently clean and the inside of the homes looked clean and looked new."

"These have been by far the best apartments! Karla (the manager) will respond to any texts ASAP even more so if it is an emergency. If you happen to have a call after hours, customer service will answer and pass on the message asap. You have 24 hr. surveillance and the security is a constable that lives on the property. This is the safest apartment complex I have lived in. They have people that cut the grass every 1 or 2 weeks, the pool gets cleaned often (you can tell because they use the same company and that truck is there.) With prices going up everywhere you cannot expect any less and they always work with their tenants. Our family has been here for 4 years and we have no complaints. Every time we need maintenance, a work order is put in, and he comes in ASAP. May I add, that they have pest control come in every month at no cost to you the tenant. They give you free filters and well obviously you have to pick up after your own pet, but aside from that, they don't have a breed restriction. I can not recommend this place enough."

"Calli Village apartments is a great place to live, more so because of Karla (property manager) and maintenance (very respectful staff). I can genuinely say that I do not feel “stuck with a contract” whatsoever, I feel happy, safe and even heard. When I’ve had little things like changing a light bulb and I tell Karla she send someone that same day and maintenance cheerfully helps me. They also clean the pool and cut the grass every single week! Laundry location is super CLEAN and very up-to-date. They have plenty of parking (almost always there are empty spots everywhere). They are extremely pet friendly, almost everyone here has either a cat or dog and we all get along just fine! I would definitely recommend living at Calli Village because the apartments are new (built in 2016), rent is very reasonable, extremely clean, very well maintained and most importantly management is genuinely ran by a good person that cares about the property and their tenants."
