"Everyone there is prompt to handle things need done. very nice and professional employees. Apartment is very nice and most the time very quiet except at the pool area on weekends after hours. I feel very safe in this apartment."

"This is a terrible place to stay as the apartment manager is hostile and erratic. She aims to start confrontations with tenants and has a rude and unprofessional demeanor which is promoted by the ownership group as they ignore all complaints placed against her. They don’t address any of your maintenance emergencies in a timely manner and have a history or waiting for weeks before having issues resolve to spite those that dare to question their unethical behavior. This apartment needs a complete change as the manager completely out of control and supported by her team."

"So far this facility is up to our standards, we are here from out of town for work and Windsor place has been a great place to rest. Right next to the trails and dogs all over the place makes it feel like a family community. Price is a little steep not gonna lie but as far as the place and enviroment its a good spot. For those complaining about the place it may be time for you to look for a house of your own so that you can manage your own place to your liking, we are fortunate enough to own our own place in South Texas and any mods that need to be done are at home base."

"I have lived here since October 2011. My apartment has been well maintained. The bathtub has been replaced and I have received new cabinets with granite counters as well as a new stove and refrigerator. I have not had issues with mold. I have not had pest issues. My biggest beef is with the office hours. They tend to close sooner than they are supposed to and they are no longer open on Saturdays. It is hard to pick up packages because of this. Most if the reviews mention a manager named Tina. She is no longer here. I agree that she was awful. However the current manager is quite good."
