"If I could leave one star I would. This place is absolutely a mess. The staff at the front desk is rude and hateful, they don't do they're job correctly and when you correct them they come at you with a disrespectful attitude. The rooms are absolutely nasty. I found several roaches and the beds were absolutely nasty the mattress was stained the rooms were absolutely disgusting the smell was horrid. And when the managers were notified about it they just rolled they're eyes and did absolutely nothing. We found rat droppings by the AC and in the bathroom. Would absolutely not recommend this hotel at all. This place needs brand new management before they get shut down"
"The rooms is a bit out date but they are clean. The one thing I do have to bring up is parking it will get full."
"The staff is great. We got stranded in Laredo TX for several days. While we were here we stayed at the Super 8:hotel. the staff was nothing but, excellent. This is probably the best little hotel in Laredo."
"Nice breakfast with waffles, my room didnt had remote for the tv, I did let the front desk know, but they had no remote for me.. it's ok, I was gonna fall sleep while trying to watch tv lol.. thank you for the stay"
"The shower water is only warm not hot! The tubs are slippery an you will fall. They have truck parking. The housekeepers don't clean your room everyday! You have to go to the front desk. Vending machines has nothing in them. Seen a roach in my room."
