"It is very cheap, nice rooms, tv, air conditioner, internet, a small pool. Some parts need maintenance. And it is close to mall del Norte, Walmart, heb and some food restaurants."
"this property is a total mess. nothing in the rooms work. and i have stayed there three times over the last six months. they don't fix anything. when i brought it up to the manager(teresa supposedily the manager)she got all offended, like it was too much to expect the place to be run correctly. futhermore, she and dee, who claims she has worled there for 12 years(i would NEVER admit to that) will rudely tell you that she knows everything and can't be disiplined BECACUSE she has been there 12 years and is the most disgusting thing i have ever encountered in customer service. don't stay there if you don't want a terrible experience. a complete shole."
"Had in laws stay with children Super clean and new everything remodeled they had very friendly staff and security huge tv nice tables and comfortable pizza or late dinner spacious room"
"We had a terrible experience. Around 3:30 AM the smoke alarm started beeping due to low-battery. Just an annoying and loud chirp every minute or so but still stressful. Front desk staff was not helpful at all and just told us to remove the battery, which we did but it didn't work. They said the maintenance guy would come at 9 am. We left early of course because it was very stressful to stay in the room with the alarm beeping."
