"no full breakfast, no continental breakfast, no coffee service in rooms, fire alarm went off all night (on and off), smoke alarm beeping all night, no ice machine. For a room for up to 6 people only for 2 towels. Elevator broke down. No phones in the rooms, if you need something need to use the stairs. We were on the 4th floor."

"The lobby half of it was close, the pool was not working, the Wi-Fi was not working, and the lady that was checking me in, wasn’t even paying attention to me when I was trying to pay because she was too busy talking to a man next to her that was like seems to be it’s a friend, not an employee so instead of expediting the check in so I can just get my rest. it took longer because she just kept talking to her friend. If you’re light sleeper like me, then you should know that do not stay here cause a door slams and people come in and out and slamming the doors. Oh, and they’re not serving breakfast due to that huge wall hole on the ceiling with all the electrical hanging out this is a nasty hotel."

"We stayed here last night with my two med and large dogs. They charged a $35 non refundable pet fee for each dog. There was some grassy areas around the lot. Unfortunately despite what Google reviews say, the place is still under construction. The lobby and first two floors are being renovated so there are workers, chemicals and strong paint smells throughout those areas. Then the service from staff was next to nothing. They didn’t even know if they had wifi when we asked for it. They also made several excuses to why the tv signal wasn’t working. They were all very unhelpful. The pool is full of green sludge and not open at this time. There is no ice or water machines. The parking lot is open to whoever and unsupervised. However the room we got was newly renovated and had a/c. The bed was comfortable and there is only a shower no tub. it also came with a refrigerator. The other thing to mention was that there were no hangers or cups or anything else placed in the rooms. Only 2 pillows for a king size bed. It was all unfortunate and they still charged us full price even though there was no amenities and all those issues were taking place. Would I stay here again, probably not."

"My brother booked a room for my parents and when they went there the card key was not working. It took 4 hours to fix the situation by changing their room. They said they were remodeling so don't go. You will get scammed. They will treat you poorly and the front desk lady was lazy and didn't want to mop a sticky room and she said the others where occupied and couldnt give a room to my parents. I want a refund!!! Not worth the time and prize."

"DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE DISABLED! The hotel staff are great especially Ms Itza and housekeeping who assisted me with my wife's comfort, but the entire hotel is being remodeled and it's not easily accessible for people with mobility issues. The location is great the rooms that are available are large and quiet. If you need just a bed for the night then the hotel is close to the mall and all the brand restaurants. I will be more than happy to return when the remodeling is complete. Just be warned"
