Motel 6 Laredo, TX - Airport

"I would give a a zero if I could. The heat is out in the hotel and when I called the lady said they had portable heaters but conveniently they are out of them. It’s going to be in the 20’s overnight and my husband is sleeping in a cold room…"

"First two nights were awesome but then they changed me rooms and seems like that room went through damages and instead of fixing things, they just patch them. The tub had misaing parts and the mattress would move witn little effort."

"We found bed bugs in our room. The night staff member told us to inform management in the morning to receive a discount. A different staff member questioned why we found the bed bug on the second night. Staff assigned us to a different room that was not handicapped as I originally reserved. I had to relocate all our belongings to the newly assigned room. I found a paper receipt on the floor. Also, the handicapped tub seat was damaged and could not be used. The tub was high and difficult to lift leg over. They use water softener which makes it difficult to remove off body. There was a dog in a different room barking loudly and guests including ourselves made complaints to Motel 6 staff. We found a sock behind the refrigerator. We can hear the guest above our room heavy stomping at 4 am. We were not able to sleep well. After check out staff claimed they were not able to provide a discount because I made the reservation online. I told them I made the reservation online using their website and not a third party website. I had to treat our belongings to avoid bringing bed bugs into my vehicle and my home."

"A little disappointed with this place they lied to me three times. They lie to me when I called to make the reservation, I asked if the pool was open and they said yes. They lied to me again when I checked in, they said the pool will be open tomorrow and they lied again telling me the pool would be open the following day. Great location, I did look at the pool and it looked like it hasn't been cleaned in months. Don't count on the pool ever being open. Room was somewhat clean, hotel seemed clean. Staff were meh!"

"This property seems to be newly remodeled. The room was clean. It was a clean room to spend the night in. The room itself was tight and cramped. The bed was not horrible but definitely not the best. They have free coffee and "popcorn" (the machine is present with a few kernels around but no popcorn). No breakfast at all. The vending machines aren't stocked and don't bother trying to get whatever few snacks they do have. The machine is broken. It doesn't read the amount you've inserted in the slot. With all that said, still a better lodging option for Laredo."
