"DO NOT SHOPT AT THIS STORE. Went in at 9:00 am to pick up an order. The website said open at 9:00. The doors were unlocked. Store associate said they were not open yet. Showed her the web page. The male associate went to get my order. Told me to give him my id or order number. Whatever was quickest. He acted like a jerk. Never again."

"Beautiful, organized and spacious - this store is a great place to see furniture, decor and lighting that you are considering for your space. Their online inventory is excellent however if you do get something in the mail that you need to return, the physical store is unable to handle the return. It has to be returned via the online customer service route. We recently learned that thanks to the staff here."

"Theresa was excellent, took my order and finished our 7k sale. I wanted extra items in the store. All the ladies in the store were busy with other customers. Tony,an employee if his name is correct was walking around avoiding to wait on us Seriously he was rude, arrogant and not helpful. He insulted my husband twice! We had four bags of merchandise would not help to carry them out. All he had to do was put it on the cart and wheel them out. This was not my first visit here. I know what customer service should be. The entire time we were checking out he was talking on his headset saying he was the best employee there and joking around. He is the worst employee!! I could of spent a lot more money there but why would I with this guy, he's horrible!!I should of taken a video of his behavior, unbelievable. I love the products here but with this kind of service I don't want to go back in. I needed to furnish a dining room and three other bed rooms unfortunately I will be going else where."

"This store is expensive! However, it's super high quality! Many of the staff are not very friendly or helpful unless they think you're actually serious or have the money to afford it. They never take me seriously and are pretty rude to me or even ignore me. It's very off-putting considering I'm seriously looking at purchasing furniture from them."
