Dog park is an added bonus. Pool area is well kept, grass is cut weekly. Gym is modest but it gets the work done. We are going to miss our time there."

"Safe, clean, and the best management I have ever experienced at an apartment complex and Air BnB. Peninsula Commons was my home for 6 weeks while I stayed in one of the fully furnished apartments in 2019. I was also so satisfied with the management that I made it my home for 8 months while I searched for a home with equally as great of an experience! The management goes above and beyond to make Peninsula Commons feel like home. I have lived at 4 different apartments in 4 different cities in the last few years, all with excellent management. However, Peninsula Commons has by far been my best experience that exceeded my expectations. Their online portal is easy to navigate and the management is very easy to get in touch with.
