"Super nice, newly remodeled hotel. Loved having the little bistro inside for breakfast -dinner. Fletcher and Rosa were super kind and made the stay extra great! I felt safe and well taken care of the entire time"

"Huge disappointment! Do not stay here. The pool was closed due to mold infestation, the room keys never worked and there was no daily housekeeping. The ultimate offense was Jack, the creepy evening front desk person. He was one of the most miserable, power hungry humans to walk the planet. Jack was rude to the adults and bullied, borderline threatened our kids, right in front of us. The Marriott courtyard accepted our hockey teams “stay to play” business weeks in advance. Marriott was fully aware of what comes with hosting a young sports team. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an equally unhappy employee named Fletcher who forced every family sign a ridiculous agreement which included a 10pm curfew and a promise to evict any and all offenders. DO NOT STAY HERE."

"The staff was amazing and prompt service. Cannot speak highly enough of them. The hotel was less impressive, doors were difficult to shut, shower was slow-draining even after maintenance, but hotel was clean and quiet."

"A very clean, comfortable, generally quiet hotel and not overrun. Also, location is very good with plenty of restaurants and other various places to eat. Even better than the hotel are some of the employees I have interacted with. Carlos and Fletcher are professional, courteous and very accommodating. A rather rear find these days. Annie the GM runs a good show here. She should be proud of her hotel and her staff. This hotel will have is my #1 go to my when the need arises."

"This Courtyard is quiet, clean and in a great location, at the corner of W. Plano Pkwy and Preston Rd. Very convenient, with restaurants and shops in either direction on Preston Road. Also, very safe; felt comfortable taking walks at night. Upon arrival, Carlos from the front desk came out to greet me and help with my bags. That level of service isn’t standard for a front desk person or business hotel that does not have bell staff. However, there is nothing “standard” about Carlos. He is FANTASTIC! Both, he and Fletcher (young, but seasoned and extremely cordial) were so accommodating and hospitable my entire stay. Great guys! Due to an issue (not with the above), the AGM graciously offered points to my Marriott Bonvoy account. I checked out four days ago and have yet to see them. I guess that was just a consolation talking point."
