"No frills hotel but excellent for a quick business trip. The rooms were large, quiet, and clean. The bed and pillows were comfy. The service at the front desk was excellent. I had forgotten some toiletries and they had kits ready. The lobby is nice with lots of seating to gather. My only issue is that it was not close to anything convenient so if you want to go to a restaurant, store, etc. you'll need to get a ride."

"Upon arrival, I was greeted by a very friendly young woman named Nixie. She was super helpful the entirety of my stay. The building and area was quiet and felt safe. I enjoyed the breakfast and laundry - at an extra cost but for me, it was really convenient. The fitness center is 24 hours and the room was modern, comfortable, and clean. Surprisingly, although the lobby is very strongly perfumed, once I got to the room, it did not smell nice. I just got a little air freshener and was set. Overall, wonderful stay!"

When I called the front desk, they requested me to come over instead of addressing the issue at my door. Cutting the trip short for personal reasons, encountered indifferent guest care at the front office, emphasizing non-refundable charges without inquiring about the reasons for early departure."

"Spent several days at the Sheraton four points in Plano TX. The accommodations were new clean and comfy. It was nearby all the business that I had to take care of while I was in town. The manager Nixie and the bartender Andrew were amazing! Very professional and super friendly!"

"We came to Plano to celebrate my sister in law's 50th birthday. This hotel was a great find. The location is perfect for traveling to the outlets in Allen and also Legacy West. The area is very safe and super clean. The breakfast was yummy! You can't go wrong with staying here.."
