"Definitely different than what I am use to for a Marriott chain hotel. Lady up from not friendly. Bed was not comfortable, sheets were rough however room was clean & nice. I did not like that they would not provide me a running statement of charges only that I had a zero balance. I needed the receipt for reimbursement and was told to take that up with my bank then some jerk who also works there wanted to chime in & say “it’s called a balance due statement which is zero”. I have never had an issue obtaining a statement/receipt of what I was charged. Will not come here again."

"The breakfast is pretty good. Nice staff everywhere. They should have some fried potatoes at breakfast, whether hash browns or roasted potatoes. And a fruit like melon. Not just bananas."

"The staff is polite, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfy, and the nights are quiet. This is officially my favorite hotel. Oh, and the doggies are good boys and girls! They make sure their humans clean up after them."

"Stayed for a few weeks for work. Can I just say EVERYONE of the staff exemplified outstanding customer service, Michelle, Angel, and Raj were all great in meeting my needs- my room was comfortable- everything was clean - the location was in a great location HEB is just a block away. It was a comfortable, quiet, AFFORDABLE and safe. (cameras are everywhere) ☺️"
