"My daughter who is a young mother of two with one child on the way, recently booked a hotel through an agency at this location to celebrate my granddaughter's seventh birthday. Upon arriving at the hotel, checking in and entering the room she and her family immediately noticed and filmed a roach on the floor. My daughter immediately notified the front desk and left the hotel in a matter of minutes. She was told to get a refund she would have to speak to a manager the following Monday. The following Monday, my daughter called to speak to the manager, David, who informed her that the fact that they did not stay at the hotel was irrelevant, that he did not care that she is pregnant and had two small children in the room with her. He informed her that he would be fighting to make sure she did not get refunded even though she did not stay. Based on my daughter's experience and multiple reviews that I've read on this establishment, it seems that this is not the place you would want to stay if you travel to this area. Especially if you expect a clean sanitary room for your children, respect and common courtesy. I will be contacting the BBB as well as any corporate complaint line that I can find. These actions and the attitude of management at this location seem petty and unreasonable, especially for a business based on customer service and accommodation."

"Upon arrival, I was told I could not park my trailer and truck in the parking lot. They instructed me I had to park in the field. When I approached the field, I called one of my employees who was in the reception area and asked to confirm they wanted me to park in the field because I had concerns with the rain. They said if we parked in the lot and they need a parking space I would be woken up and told to move my truck. It was morning and we needed to leave at 5 am and I just wanted to stop somewhere clean and get a few hours of sleep to continue on our travels. I did as they asked and my truck and trailer slid into the mud, jackknifed and got stuck. They didn’t offer any help or compensation and said I was responsible. I had to pay $250.00 to get my truck pulled out and only got 1.5 hours of sleep. The worst!! Regardless of whether they knew the field was safe or not, no form of customer service was offered to make up for THEIR error."

"This is by far my NEW FAVORITE HOTEL !! It has been so nice and pleasant that i just keep extending my stay..but got to get back to work soon. It is always a HIT and MISS with a new HOTEL..but it all started w ANA who was super nice when I first called ...she provided me w EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE !! ...and hats off to JP and Katrina also. At any rate if you are looking for an AMAZING stay somewhere DO NOT PASS THIS PLACE UP !!"

"Very comfy and spacious room with added couch sitting area, great bed, large smart tv, nice bath and shower plus part of Wyndham travel rewards. Close to many places. We used this as stay over for friends 50th wedding anniversary celebration!No complaints, enjoyed it!"

"I have been to plenty of hotels. This is the first time I have ever experienced a hotel having roaches. I was there for a company orientation. After class about 2 or 3 in the afternoon when you walk in daily there was a strong smell of bug spray daily. When you come down after 5 all you smell is weed."
