"I have been living here for over 2 years i really like how every one gets along and we all look out for each other its very quiet at night the property is kept clean well lit and maintenance is quick to attend to issues that may arise i would suggest this place to any of my friends or family looking for a nice clean quiet friendly place to live..the management ( cody) is a real good person who really cares about the comfort and safety of the tenants he is quick to respond to getting things fix around property and its units....."
"Cody Gustafson slick guy management was staying here a while back we had a agreement that he breached.....Was suppose to keep his word months later the slickness comes out and I have an eviction on my record what a lier can't wait to sue him Lol....I'll get the last laugh these people be thinking everyone is dumb"
"My daughter stayed over there back in June of 2022 and another tenant that had a dog that was not on the leash almost attacked my grandson and my daughter the police came out and we thought we resolved everything then the neck the next day that night the tenant eggs my daughter house both of them were told they had to move the lady still resides in that property my daughter moved out 3 days later I still see the lady walking over there on the property I'm not sure how I need to speak with or who want me to talk to for us the corporate that's not fair that she's still there on that property and my daughter had to move I need to speak with someone ASAP"
