"This place has been recently renovated. Some cheaper improvements were made. The doors are very heavy and slam shut over the night and the walls seem thin. There was a slight smell to our room. The gym and outdoor hot tub were excellent improvements. Parking and breakfast were included. The breakfast had eggs, sausage, and a Texas-shaped waffle maker. I would stay here again regardless. I felt it was a good value."

"When I checked for my weekend stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When I came down for breakfast on Saturday morning, the staff at the front desk didn't greet me coming off the elevator they didn't have anyone at the counter. I went out to visit friends once I return on that Saturday evening. The same staff that checked me in was on duty, and they greeted me once they saw me entering the building. There is a huge difference from the morning staff and the evening staff. Sunday morning, the same personal and they didn't greet me. Once I finished breakfast, I spoke loudly to them just to get them to speak. I would like to give you'll five stars, but your weekend morning staff shouldn't be in the hospitality industry. I had a single room. The room was clean and had a fridge but no microwave, which they had room to have a microwave. But other than that, it's was a very nice room. I would stay again when I return to the Dallas area. Five stars to the weekend evening staff."

"I loved staying here the service was impeccable. Gloria at the front desk made to stay worthwhile with her professionalism and her wherewithal. She rendered very good service. The only problem I had was getting picked up in the afternoon from the Trucking Academy, but other than that the breakfast in the morning was really great. This place is very clean. I can help, but just to reiterate how well The service was"

"This place is a designer hotel made to look good...comfort wise im not impressed!!! No room on bathroom to put your things and I hate rain head showers the water pressure could be better to get the soap out of your hair and the beds are too soft...and if u want their breakfast u need to be there after 6am otherwise u don't get breakfast.."

"Great staff incredibly helpful and kind, spacious rooms wonderful bathroom with good water pressure but good god guys what are you doing with those sheets. My sheets consisted of a paper thin sheet cover, then a nearly just as thin fleece blanket, followed by an equally thin final sheet the material of which i could only describe as what they make parachute pants out of and to top it off the bed sheet cover was either stained with dead bugs or the bugs were dead underneath it leaving a weird shadow. everything else was a 8/10 the beds are 0/10"
