"Only been in the apartment for one month, it seems pretty decent . On the other hand the front office team is awful! Even when I signed my lease I had to hold my tongue because the representative in the office have bad attitude. No professionalism whatsoever. If you call the office for any question, they’ll have an attitude. If you go in there, they’ll have an attitude to be quite honest I’ve never saw anything like it."

"This was the most terrible experience I have ever had. The lady at the front desk was as rude as she could be. No customer service at all. She was not professional at all. She was too concerned with her fried chicken to be courteous. Kristen was her name. I just can imagine how she would be if I was a tenant and she was more use to me. A shame to, because I may have become a tenant if it wasn’t for her rude and unprofessional behavior."

"Runnnn…. Do not walkkk run away from these apartments they are truly a scam and will suck you dry of all your money. They will find any kind of way to charge you for something . When you move from the property be sure to take videos because they will charge you fake charges and make it seem like you trashed the apartment. They are con artist and crooks . They put fake charges under my children’s names over 3000 worth of fake charges and they sent it to collections in my kids name when we still stay in the complex. I use to love these apartments but ever since they were bought out they have done nothing but scammed me out of more money. The office personal no nothing you can’t reach out to corporate and no one every reaches back out to you. So you are forced pay."

"Don't move here very ghetto/unprofessional I should have paid attention to the reviews. I'm charged 4 different water/sewer fees every month and told its admin fee the appliances and blinds are very old and the garage that goes to my apt is full of maintenance equipment after telling me it wasn't available. My car was vandalized last month and if I could break my lease I would.Not happy at all.. Only giving 1 star to post this"
