"We have had the ugliest experience in this place. My husband's catalytic converter was stolen from the property's parking lot. We went to ask for the videos/info to give them to the insurance and the person in charge there said that she couldn't because her boss was not in the country. How is it possible that they do not collaborate with information when a theft has occurred on their property. My advice is DO NOT STAY in this place because if something happens to your vehicle they will not provide/do anything to help.STAY AWAY FROM HERE! I have never encountered such negligence and disregard for guest satisfaction. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and I would caution others against staying at this establishment."

"This is a pretty good place to stay; however, it is NOT a 3.5 star hotel. Don’t book here thinking that you’re getting a better hotel for the same price as surrounding hotels. There was one lady, whose name I can’t recall, who was extremely courteous and cooperative. She was there to check me in at around 3:30pm on 01/10 and was also there at checkout the following day. Black lady with long wavy hair. Everyone else who I encountered acted as if they were forced to be there. A guy who took over after her and the older lady who was there late won’t even look up to speak or ask if you needed help unless you damn near leaned over the counter and demanded their attention. It’s a last for me…"

"This establishment was very considerate and cooperative. They go above and beyond to meet your needs and the rooms were comfortable, nice & neat with thick sheets and covers. We appreciate the service we received and I’d definitely ask for Ms. Faith & Ms. Kim B every time. Thanks so much"

"By far, the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. When we arrived there was the smell of cannabis. The front staff didn’t seem too happy to be there. After getting to our first room we noticed stains on the sofa and what seemed to be pubic hair on the sheets. Brought it to the front desk attention and we were switch to a different room, it was even worse! Dried vomit by the mirror, what seemed to be greasy hand print on the headboard and more hair on the bed. We immediately left and went to different hotel. Asked for at least a partial refund but apparently this is a call only the manager can make. Called numerous times over a two month period and the manager seem to never be there. DO NOT STAY HERE! Poorly managed, poorly cleaned and staff seems to not care either. Still waiting to at least get a call from management."

"Great location with nearby shopping and restaurants. Room was clean and updated. Room phone didn’t work and a few outlets didn’t work properly. Breakfast was good and dining area was clean. Hotel was clean overall. A few questionable things happened but nothing too major that I had to be bothered with. Front desk staff was rude and moody or really nice and helpful, it depended on the day and who was working. Krystal, the front desk worker was very helpful and accommodating when I had a billing issue and room issue. She was able to help other guests check in while helping me when customer service was on the phone. Was there for a week. Beware not to leave anything because they will say no one turned items in. Meaning someone kept it."
