"Standoffish attitude last night and this morning. Not sure why they would claim to serve breakfast when they do NOT. The restroom door is busted, not even a coffee pot. Wyndham, how far have you fallen? Try any other hotel with that name and compare for yourself."
"Our reservation was for 1pm-3am, we arrived at 1:30p. They gave us a room that still hadn’t been cleaned. Beds were still dirty from last customer, mirror was shattered & room was dirty with a smell. Front desk was rude and didn’t offer another option . I ended up cleaning the room myself and using my own linen because they didn’t provide any. The kids was mad and said this is the worst hotel I ever took them to."
"The motel atmosphere was very nice, here they were given good service for me ☺️, I was very satisfied to staying here and bed, washroom and floor were cleaned... front desk guy was nice to talk with customers ...."
"The room my friend and I had was hot and stuffy on the inside. The room was also half clean also the air kept turning off the door to the room was broken at the bottom where you can see the sidewalk definitely had roaches also with the air conditioning they control from the office."
"Although the front desk was friendly and prompt the rooms are not well maintained and are quite grimy. The first room we checked into smelled like a swamp so we attempted to air it out but quickly found out the reason when my son took off his shoes and ended up stepping in a puddle between the bed and wall. We let the front office know and they quickly accommodated us by moving us to a different room. The room we ended up with needed all walls wiped down and had a big hole that had been roughly patched up and had broke back open in the shower pan. We again let the front desk know and they promptly came and looked at the issue and told us that it was fine to use the shower. At that point we were pretty much done with the whole situation put our “blinders” on and finished out the night. We will avoid this hotel from now on. Shame on Wyndham for not making sure their franchise hotels are not held at a decent standard, or any standard at all for that matter."
