"My wife and I spent the late afternoon and evening ahead of a very early morning flight. This little single night stay is only our second venture into Hyatt, following a fantastic few nights at a Thompson property. Being Gold Status with Hilton and Marriott; we were both blown away at the level of service and attention we received, especially not having Hyatt status. Communication from the staff began ahead of the stay, the Text The Hotel feature in the app is handy. Reception with Alex at check-in was pleasant and quite easy. Offering a both a coffee and a tea maker be brought up was a very nice touch. Room was GREAT! Wife and I absolutely loved watching the planes come in and out. We had room service for dinner, it was quick and tasty! 10/10 would recommend. One night at the DFW Grand Hyatt may have very well made Hyatt our most preferred partner."

"Stayed at this hotel at the start and end of my trip. Very nice clean rooms. The Met restaurant and bar were also nice and convenient. Great food and drinks. Nice to be right at Terminal D for an early departure in the morning. Very stress free being right there at the airport!!! I would recommend!"

"Let me start by saying that there have been past stays years ago where I had a less than pleasant experience at the Grand Hyatt DFW. But, after staying here the past 2 nights, I have to say they’ve really done an impressive job of turning things around. I made my reservation the day of as a globalist and I was impressed that they saw my reservation come through and arranged an upgrade for me without me needing to ask. When I arrived, Cohen at the Front Desk was incredible! He was friendly, hospitable, fun, and energetic while maintaining sophistication. It felt like I had a friend checking me in and as someone who travels over 200 days/year, those skills are harder to find than one would think or hope. The hotel has done a great job of embracing Technology. I was able to access my room via the Wallet App on my iPhone and much of the room’s lighting is controlled by automated controllers. I even was able to place my room service order via the Hyatt App. The next day, I got a text from the hotel checking in and seeing if I needed anything. They happily arranged for housekeeping service for my room and gave me some much needed advice about my flight the next day. Departure went smooth as can be and they had me promptly on my way, an essential at an airport hotel. Overall, I’d happy stay at this hotel again! "I recently stayed at the Grand Hyatt Hotel and was thoroughly impressed. Its proximity to the airport was a major convenience, allowing me to relax and prepare for my year-long travels abroad. A standout feature of my stay was the modern touch of having remote-controlled sheers and shades in the room, adding a sense of luxury and ease. For dinner at the Grand Met, I tried the lobster roll and lump crab cakes. Between the two, the crab cakes are a must-try – absolutely delicious. The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable, contributing to a serene stay. My room offered a tranquil environment and a unique view of planes taking off from the runway, which was a serene experience. Highly recommend for a peaceful and luxurious stay near the airport.
