"Was upgraded to a suite in which the HVAC thermostat did not work right. It made no difference what temperature you set the thermostat to. When i tried calling the front desk to report the problem, realized that the room phone does not work. Was told I’d get additional point but never did. Even called the hotel 2 weeks after the stay, was sent to voice mail of the hotel GM. Also, this is the hotel for you if you enjoy the company of escorts at the bar."

"This location was very relaxing. The staff made me feel like I was home away from home. Zoe was a super great hostess at the Water Fire Grille located inside the hotel. The training I received was amazing while the staff here were astonishing."

"So this is my honest take. Came here in 2017, 2019, 2022 and 3 weeks ago for business. In 2017 and 2019 they had it the best! Amazing breakfast, rooms so clean you can eat off them and hotel staff that were so friendly they were almost like your friends. They had free parking and breakfast was always included in the price. In 2022 I noticed the downfall because post covid. The staff weren't as before, the rooms weren't as good as before the only thing that went up was the price. In 2024 this place has officially lost my business. Came in with a price that was almost doubled the price since 2019 so I assumed it must be better, no. Was given a room and the light bulbs kept buzzing because the wiring was going bad so they moved me to another room. The new room had a drain that was coming back up, gross. Asked to move again and they moved me to another room that the AC could not be turned off for some reason. I set the unit off and it kept making the room cold I ended up leaving sick. The room phone didn't work and the hot water would take 3 minutes to heat up. Ontop of that I had to pay almost $20 a night for parking which is insane. I paid for their breakfast one time and it is nothing like how it used to be. All the food is stale they use super cheap processed ingredients now whereas before they always used fresh ingredients. I'm a very reasonable person but if you are charging $150/night plus $20 parking and $25 for breakfast then you must provide at least 3 star services because this is highway robbery. I went to the LA Quinta inn around the corner and for a fraction of the cost you get way better for it and parking + breakfast is included."

"I’m a Flight attendant in training and I must say the service I received for the past few weeks has been outstanding.This young lady Jacqueline saved my life by obtaining a forgotten password for me from my room. She knew exactly what to do and responded to my request quickly! My day could have been a disaster, but she saved the day for me!! Then, Kenya W. came to the rescue by printing off documents that we all needed. She also remembered that I liked decaf coffee at night and kept a mental note. She’d see me walk up on occasion and was already getting the decaf out of the drawer, and did it with a smile! Chase, always greeting with kind words and a smile. He noted everything we ask for on the first and second days of our journey and everything we requested was completed efficiently. I must say, that’s not just customer service, it’s genuine Hospitality! Their graciousness and concern for many of us has been outstanding!! Thank you❤️"

"Kenya and Chase took care of us from the start at check-in at the front desk. We were warmly greeted and promptly checked in. Their attention to detail and priority on making sure we enjoyed our stay was sincerely appreciated. We were pleasantly surprised by the service and enjoyed our stay. I'll be staying here again the next time I'm in town simply because we don't feel like strangers here."
