"If you want to experience pleasant living environment and peace of mind, please please DO NOT move here. This place might be cheap but not worth it. The worst apartment complex anyone could ever live in. Disgusting and old/broken, not so great community, security stop is there just as show piece. And the craziest thing is you have to deal with a person at the leasing office named Tahlia Cervantes, the worst and most rude front desk person I have dealt with. She is not there to listen to our problems, but to argue with us with loud and disrespectful voice and to justify her own reasons that how we are wrong. She needs to get her attitude right and be more helpful. I went there with AC and heater complaints countless of times and lived there 2 weeks without AC in mid-summer. I was sweating like hell, and she was so inconsiderate. Where is the management and why they are not talking any note, if there are so many complaints in reviews against this person? I do respect the maintenance staff, they have been very helpful and know how to talk to people. Don't recommend living here even as your last resort."

"Worst apartment staff EVER constantly has doors shut & locked with a note stating only knock to leave packages! You call call 1000 times and they NEVER ANSWER NOR RETURN CALLS!! Happy to decide not to lease here! They definitely need better management team!"

"Trevor, Aubree, Angelia and Elisa did a great job moving me in, made the process super easy when I wanted to change my original apartment that I signed for. I’m in LOVE with my new unit. Definitely recommend moving here plus it’s a stunning complex!"

"I live here my self and I’ve had the best experiences at The Link Apartments as a first time renter I’m satisfied with what the link apartments provided me there’s a gym that’s always open and they got the pools working for this coming up summer so excited!! Also Thalia and Ruth are the best lady’s in the office always have a smile on there face an a positive attitude 10/10 The only bad thing would be the pot holes but the rest of the apartment complex it’s amazing not all these reviews are true I definitely recommend this place !"

"This place is just insane. I have lived here for years and since new management took over it has just gotten worse. The pools are never open, cockroaches are worse and worse, I had to get the city involved to finally get my AC fixed after over a month of no AC this summer. It's one thing after another. Water gets shut off all the time for repairs or boiler replacements but we are not notified in any way because they don't "have to." It's common courtesy to let your tenants know. I'm told to submit service requests online and then when they are not dealt with after 3 weeks and I submit another that isn't responded to, I finally call and am told I have to call to submit that specific type of service request. Don't you think that when they see I have submitted the request a second time they would call and let me know? The only decent thing was the maintenance guys that were here, Elan and a couple others, but they appear to have replaced them with some new guys that don't even know how the units are set up. With the amount my rent has increased you'd think I'd at least get to use the fitness center too...well nope. Because they closed that too. I don't know what amenities I'm supposedly paying for."
