"Booked a room for 4 nights due to a pipe burst in my home and having no water. I was able to get a plumber to come to my home 2 hours after making my reservation. Hotel charged for the entire stay and would not give a refund or partial refund. Poor service."

"There are a couple things that aren’t the best here but you also have to remember it’s an extended stay hotel it is meant for people to stay for a minute. The main thing that gives this 4 star rating not 5 is the night guy at the front desk Tony. He is absolutely horrible every time my keys didn’t work at he was in the front office he would not answer the phones when they first rang. I’m not saying me did it after the first few rings there are times that I am standing outside for 20, 30, or even 40 minutes waiting for someone to pick up the phone. Last night well I guess this morning around 2am 1/20/24 my keys stopped working no big problem right? Boy was I wrong I walked from my room which is on the far side of the property in 19 degree weather to the front while calling the front desk so maybe by the time I get there they will be waiting for me. Not in this case I got to the front and waited another 20 minutes in the cold waiting on someone. I looked inside and saw a water bottle on the desk so I decided to knock and while all this is happening I’m still on the phone listening to it ring. After I know low and behold Tony gets up from the chit at the front desk to let me in and ask why am I knocking on the door like that to which I reply I can’t get in my room so we walk in the front and mind you the phone is ringing the whole time and he’s just sitting at the desk letting it ring. When I walked in it was still ringing and he didn’t even attempt to answer the phone and I knew it was me calling because as soon as I hung up the phone stopped ringing. I’m absolutely tired of my keys not working when he’s on duty he doesn’t like doing his job and I have to suffer for it. Something needs to happen because im sure it’s not just me this has happened to. The rest of the staff is absolutely amazing"

"I usually try to give every place the benefit of the doubt - here is my honest review. The room was fine. The Wifi worked well and the hotel is located right off the tollway. There are a lot of "late night activities" that happen at this hotel. The room was a decent place to lay your head for the night. The shower was often without hot water and we were lucky to find a time to take a decent shower. The TV has HDMI capability but no ability to change input and my son couldn't play his Switch using his docking station. The range on the stove was appalling and I ultimately decided the only way I was cooking on it is if the pots had covers. I stayed for 6 nights and never once had housekeeping ask if we needed to refresh towels or toiletries. We brought our own towels, TP, and hand soap as this was expected. I put in a maintenance request as our bathroom smelled of a water leak or something and the sink didn't drain in a timely manner. They didn't come during the stay. We also used self-brought bug killer (roaches) to control unwanted guests in the bathroom and kitchenette. If you just need a place to lay your head, I recommend. Otherwise definitely not a place for more than a night."

"I will never stay here again. Property needs lot of improvement. Heat not working, it was 36° outside. No mirror or coffee maker in the room. No cups or pots in the room. No shampoo or body wash. Lot and lot of cockroaches in the room. Stove was broken. No food or coffee available nearby."

"I really appreciate that there is an American Staff at the front desk. They are professional, kind and aways are accommodating especially Dale. This makes me appreciate what good service is about. I also like how they help me stay within my Budget. Most properties are overpriced but you can't beat the price here with a kitchenette."
