"I was so impressed with the customer service. As soon as I walked in. Chelsey the property manager, greeted me at the front door. Chesley new my name and was expecting me. After visiting her sister Property The Addison. Erica, must had called to let them know I was on my way. This was a huge time saving. Chelsey, was ready with key and had all my information, so it made it easier for me. Looking for an apartment is very frustrating and time consuming. I will defiantly recommend this properties to friends and family."
"I have been living here for about 4 months now and i can truly say I love it. It’s a small community right in the middle of everything. Maintenance is prompt, apartments are nice and up to date. Valet trash through the week. Built in washer and dryers, what more could you ask for. Internet service does have to be through Spectrum but it’s not that bad. I love it here and have already recommended 3 of my peers here."
"I love my apartments.. the best management team ever they are always helpful and understanding! Every time I have a problem with anything in my apartment they are FAST to fix the problem.. they keep the property clean & the apartments are in a good area for everything !"
"The entire place is a dump. The management is continuously changing and each time it changes they care less than the management before. There is definitely a moisture issue. It was a run down building that they tried to put just pretty bow on and havent ever repaired any of the major issues.There is also a security issue. Homeless coming in the buildings solicitors knocking on doors. I had my vehicle broke into twice, the gate closed on my car and management said they didn't see anything on the cameras. I believe the cameras are just set up to make you believe you are in a secure environment. Once there were two women fighting in the parking lot of the apartment building, one had a bat. They were not homeless, they lived in the apartment complex. The school across the street blocks the exit of the apartment complex each morning and takes up parking spaces. The low rent isn't worth you developing health issues because of the moisture problem and danger you face living there. I am giving this place a -5 stars."
