"Jared is the best! I had drove from Houston to Dallas on the first day of the winter’s freeze. Jared got me checked in immediately and shared his concerns about the weather. He’s such a polite and respectful person. I chose this hotel solely because of the reviews that mentioned him. I was happy to meet him in person and get the same spectacular treatment. Every hotel needs a Jared on their team! Jenn is also amazing! She gave me advice on driving during the freeze and wished me the best. My room was cozy, clean, and comfortable. Don’t hesitate, just book this location! You’ll be happy you did!!!"

"I want to lie and say it was horrible so no one comes so I always have a room ! AMAZING stay nice rooms balcony you can actually walk out on front desk was very nice even though it's near a highway you can't hear traffic. Ac/heat works AWESOME... and there's a Costco in walking distance..."

"The room was not cleaned completely. There was hair all over the bathroom floor with a bandaid and other trash also on the floor. They also did not give us any linens or pillows for our pull out bed which was for our kids to sleep on. So when I went to the front desk, I asked for linens and pillows and I was told there were no extra pillows. I was upset because we should have had pillows. This wasn't just a request for extra pillows. Instead of being polite and saying something like, "as soon as we get more pillows we will bring them to you", the manager gave me attitude and made me feel very uncomfortable. Everyone else in the hotel was very polite and did their job very well. However, the manager was not polite and she could have handled that situation much better. Or apologized later at least. Unfortunately, we will not be staying here again."
