InTown Suites Extended Stay Arlington TX - South

"I am currently a resident @ the Intown Suite in Arlington South. I have enjoyed every moment here & will return if I should ever need a place to call home. The staff has been nothing less than helpful, & respectful. The property manager Barbara has offered help when help wasn't required. She is a wonderful property manager. Housekeeping has been very helpful whenever I have called. The maintenance guy has taken care of all maintenance issues in a timely manner. Eventhough, we all live very close to one another as the walls are kinda thin, but the noise of other neighbors hasn't been bad. The location is in a very good spot, surrounded by anything that you may need. I love it here & would refer this property to anyone."

"Barbara, at the front desk she's the manager and She is awesome, anything you have issue with she will get it handled swiftly. To top it of her Customer service is immaculate. If I needed a new employee I definitely love love love to hire her."

"If I could leave zero stars I would. If you were looking for the worst possible service in a trashy hotel, this is your spot. When I finally got somebody on the phone after being hung up on multiple times without even a hello after being told I could speak to the manager, just pick up the phone and hang up immediately multiple times, I was finally able to get someone on the phone today. The conversation was about we booked the hotel for my son in flight school and will be 21 in a few months. Unlike renting a car or at any respectable hotel to find out they have a 21 year old minimum you've got a scroll down five pages, find the FAQs at the very bottom, look for that specific question and open it. When he goes to check in last night they tell him not only will they not allow him to stay there but because he didn't cancel 48 hours in advance they were going to charge him for one. Just trying to discuss this with someone for an hour last night was not possible in about as bad of a customer service experience as you could ever expect. When I did talk to a manager today she said she had to talk to her revenue manager which obviously tells me this is intentional because it's considered a appreciable part of their revenue. It is an scumbag hustle. Lord knows whatever other ways they figured out to steal money from potential customers but I advise dealing with them at your own risk. When I did speak to the manager today she fully admitted that she used to work in the rental car agency where they are going to make sure you know that if you rent that car and you're not old enough you were going to be penalized and also admitted she doesn't know why this business does everything they can to hide it and steal money from people. It really says it all doesn't it?"

"Rooms are large with a kitchen area that has a full-size refrigerator, and you have two burners to use for cooking. They supply all your dishes and cookware, not to mention coffee pot, toaster, ironing board, and you get like 160 channels on the satellite, and six of those are HBO. They keep the property very clean, and the room service is great. The team that works in the office is fantastic from the manager on down. The location of the property is perfect with everything you need close by. I highly recommend Studio 6 for a short-term stay or long-term paying weekly. Oh, and one more thing... THEY ARE PET FRIENDLY PEOPLE at STUDIO 6."
