"Prior to making a reservation at this hotel i called and spoke to the manager to make sure that this hotel would let me have my service animal during my stay before I drove over an hour out of my way. Approval was granted with the signature on a document. Once I arrived and the transaction was made, I asked if he needed my service animal identification. He, the manager, the same person i spoke to on the phone then says they do not allow animals. My refund has not been completed yet."

"When I reserved through a third party site, the amenities included hot breakfast. Right after I got the confirmation email, I got an email from the hotel that breakfast would be grab and go. Bait and switch came to mind... The property needs updating, but it's a decent enough place to stay. It's a bit hard to get to, but if it's not a terrible time of day, you shouldn't have too much trouble. Average ..but a good price."

The staff is super friendly, helpful, and the manager went out of his way to make sure that my visit was not only a pleasant one. "The people who work at the Best Western Sure Stay Hotel are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I was in a unique situation where I had to stay a lot longer than originally planned. I was waiting for my new place to be ready and it ran a week late. Everyone here at the hotel were super helpful in getting me set up for the additional time since I had to work remotely and I was so happy with the way they went way above and beyond anything I expected. The hotel was super clean, quiet… Very quiet and this was with at least 75% of the rooms taken. Great noise isolation I guess. I was pleasantly surprised. The housekeeping staff were also extremely polite and helpful and were always making sure that I had fresh towels, coffee, etc. They were always on point. The owners/managers and staff really care about and take pride in their job. You don’t see this very often anymore, unfortunately, so other hotels would greatly benefit taking a few notes on how it’s done and done right from these cool folks at the Best Western SureStay Hotel in Benbrook Texas.
