"Let’s start from the beginning. I moved in and went over a month without a working toilet. Every maint request made would they would consist of them getting on the computer and clicking complete. No sign of them coming in the look at it. They never answer the phone. The assistant manager won’t assist you. She makes her leasing agent go back and forth to her office 5 times per conversation like puppies to answer questions they can’t. It’s 420 24/7 nothing like leaving for work and having to smell weed on your way to your car. They have a laundry mat with one working dryer and they place is an absolute dump. The leasing office is in perfect condition as it’s a false front for how everything else looks lol. They have valet trash service but they don’t come on the days they are suppose too. Can’t imagine how it smells in the summer when the company they use misses days here and there. And when I didn’t think the bar could even possibly get lower the decide to change payment method policy by not allowing money orders after sending out an email on the 2nd of the month at 2:23pm when most people already got there la the day before and have to wait 10 days for a refund. STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY from this place. I have never seen any business in my life run so poorly and unprofessionally. If you do coke and visit watch out for dog piles. Boy do I hope this helps someone else out because I didn’t read the reviews like an idiot."
"I called inquiring about a one bedroom and spoke with Jose on the phone. He was very helpful and informative. He made the application process, and moving in go by very smoothly. The whole office staff is very friendly whenever I call, or come in the office with questions. I moved in a few weeks ago and I love my apartment!"
"Whatever you do, avoid this place. Every month you will lose water for random amounts of time while they throw a Band-Aid on it just to do the same the next month. Last time was over 10 days without hot water. New management genuinely doesn't care about anyone except themselves. Our amenities building has been under construction for years, but they did a massive expansion of their front office in a few months. Oh yea you also still have to pay for these "amenities" each month. They also make you pay 90$ a month for their tech package. Its spectrum internet and cable. You can't opt out of this overly priced low quality internet. Previous management literally had AT&T fiber optic routed to every apartment, yet new management makes you get this spectrum tech package. I can't wait for my lease to expire. AVOID THIS PLACE."
"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Look at what they tried to move me into compared to what I originally toured before (I took pictures when I was touring the apartments). They told me my apartment would look the exact same only difference was the backsplash in the kitchen. Smh the apartment they tried to move me into didn’t even have a backsplash! It takes weeks for maintenance to come complete your work orders. Management is very unprofessional and they do not care about your problems. Firstly my apartment was not ready on the date I was supposed to move in on, so they pushed my move in date back. Then when my move in date came again the apartment they tried to move me into was a completely different unit than their model unit and the unit they used when they took me on an apartment tour. The apartment did not look anything like the apartment I was expecting to move into. From the countertops/cabinets to the light fixtures everything was different. The apartment was not renovated and needed many repairs/updates. Like just look at the door, it didn’t even have a peep whole. I was absolutely not moving into that apartment so they ended up having to find me another unit. They claimed to have only one other unit available which made my rent go up way more than what I was originally supposed to be paying. When I moved into my new unit, the hot water was not working and they did not tell me until after I signed my lease. I did not have hot water for a whole week when I first moved in !!!! This is my first time renting and I’m having the absolute worst experience! They completely changed the look of the apartments from when I originally applied they were normal looking apartments from the outside now the front doors are bright yellow and they panted over the bricks and added teal which makes the apartments look soo tacky to me. I hate it here. If I could give it 0 stars I would! I wish I would have never signed the lease. Fast forward two months later management / maintenance still don’t care, I’ve been having a ceiling leak in bathroom since I moved in. They came and “fixed it” but it started leaking again a few days later. They had the nerve to tell me it’s leaking because I keep my air on, like ok so fix it because it’s not supposed to do that. I literally have to have buckets in my bathroom to catch the water falling from the ceiling. It’s leaking so bad the buckets fill up so fast it’s annoying. I should not have to deal with this. It’s been almost a month since I put in the work order and they just entered it in their system when I called to check on the work order last week."
