He fixed it and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done to our standards! His co-worker Rodney was also great. I am so thankful Aura Benbrook now has someone who takes care of issues like Joe did for us!"

"Donna and her team have been phenomenal and are very easy to work with. They helped me get into a place the day of when I was in the middle of a life crises and desperately needed a helping hand. Maintenance is quick to fix any issue I have and the apartment complex has a friendly community. The only complaint I’ve had is something with the pool last summer and from I’ve been told, that have been addressed. I enjoy calling AB my home and you will too"

"The entire Aura Benbrook team is great! They really want it to feel like home when you move-in, and the apartments are really nice to begin with. Donna really empathizes with the residents and goes out of her way to make sure things are right. Joe and Hector are the dream maintenance team, and are super responsive and helpful too. With all the food and grocery places super close by, you really can’t beat the area."

"Lived here for a little over 2 years. I was very excited and pleased in the beginning but as time passed so did the quality of the property. Not big on moving so I signed a second lease. Big bummer. Pool was closed for most of summer. Security gates rarely are working. Hallways are filthy. Now for the inside of my apartment...entryway ceiling completely damaged from upstairs A/C leaking, went unfixed for months. Bathroom ceiling in a complete mess from another leak above me. Went unfixed for over a year. Although the staff was generally kind, the turn over rate is ridiculous. . Definitely a shame because location and style is great. Also, don't plan on any deposit return or coverage of bogus stuff they come up with."
