Motel 6 Benbrook, TX - Fort Worth

"By far one of the best experiences I’ve had staying in a hotel. The room, bedding, floors - everything was clean. Beyond all the typical protocol of staying somewhere away from home….the staff at this location 10/10. My reservation was for one night. There was a winter storm that blew through that night and when I went to start my car 15 minutes before check out, my battery was dead and car wouldn’t start. I had my two dogs still in the room, it was 14 degrees outside, car wouldn’t start….too much at once….i was starting to panic. I let the front desk know what was going on and without hesitation, they told me it was okay and to take care of what I needed to. Like it was legit no big deal. We ended up getting another night after realizing it was going to take much longer to get back on the road than anticipated. Brought all my towels and the clean things I needed. That evening I noticed it getting really cold in the room….my heater wasn’t working. I let the front desk know, she had me try something with the thermostat and see if it worked. When it didn’t, she moved us to another room and took care of it quickly. Every staff member here was polite, courteous, friendly, and helpful. I had my own outside issues going on - and this may be a little extra, because I even feel a little ridiculous saying it, but the way I was treated and taken care of here left me feeling like they were telling me - “”We’ve got your home away from home base covered, you take care of what you need to” (I told you it was extra). But for real, just genuinely nice people from my first phone call to check on pet deposits until I turned in my key. Also best pet policy I’ve come across. So yea….10/10….all the stars….gold medal….all the things - great great place to stay!"

"This hotel is just ok in my opinion. room wasn't perfect but was ok..bed was kinda hard. Small thin towels with no extra amenities other than soap. if you just need a place to crash for the night this is your spot...many restaurants in walking distance including Walmart about 10 min walk. Chipotle and wing stop.. 5 min or less. any many others"

"Stayed here not too long ago. Very friendly staff. Check-in was simple and quick. The room was clean, had the necessities, and restroom was clean as well. Bed was comfy, sheets were decent, pillows were comfy as well. The outside noise didn't bother me. Check-out was just as easy, and the manager/owner is very friendly and respectable. Offered fresh coffee, as I did need it before I headed out. I truly had a wonderful stay. If I'm ever heading out in that direction, I will definitely stay there again."

"Nothing. Boring... No atmosphere, no music, no cheer, yucky coffee with creamer packets. I suggest you bring your own. I brought my own drinks and snacks. My room didn't have a microwave and they said some of them don't??? Pool was nice though. I stayed for the convenience of traveling overnight."
