The staff was very attentive to my script and making sure all the PA’s were filed and getting the info needed to get my scripts approved. I have been in Texas for a year without meds and am so happy to have found northstar. Everyone on the staff has been so friendly as well."

"I wish we could give 0 stars. 1st, try to call. Push 1 and you get an infinite loop. Next, try to call at 2 different times, chances are no one will answer. Not only that, they don't return calls. Had a Dr call in a prescription and they quote over $2000. After the Dr. was outraged and called them, they somehow went down to $120. Where else would this happen? About 3 days later they call me to pick it up. I drive 30 minutes just to be told they only received half and cannot give me the half. I was told to wait 1 or 2 days and they'd call me back on the 1st to update me. No one called, so I somehow got through and talked to a rude employee who told me not to call and just wait. 4 days later I get a text saying it's ready - I drive 30 minutes just to find out it was a mistake. I finally just paid $40 extra for a generic so I would never go back there. STAY AWAY. There are many other great specialty pharmacies that are run competently."

"Amazing Customer Service. Free delivery service makes getting my prescriptions so easy. The ladies there are very helpful and answer any concerns I may have regarding my medications and delivery. I am an out of pocket customer and they always seem to have reasonable prices."

"My medication needed to be refrigerated. Tracking said that it was on a vehicle for delivery at 6:55am and I didn't receive it until well into the afternoon and nearing evening (5, 6pm). The package was hot. The ice pack was completely melted and more than warm to the touch, and my medication was hot. The pharmacist assured me that the medication is safe to take but how long did it have to sit in a hot car for in triple digit degree temperatures to get that hot? I'm iffy on even using it at this point."

"These people are terrific. I procrastinated on a order and somehow they got it to my door the next day. Especally impressive is that it needed special attention to ensure it would arrive cool. They doubled the ice packs; and sent it in a insulated envelope."
