"I'm not impressed to say the VERY least. Anything that could go wrong has. Anything that could break has. There is no need to exagerate this place is a nightmare. First mistake was getting this place sight unseen. This was a move acress the U.S. This apartment is not located within Benbrook school zone. my children attend Fort Worth School District which is what I was attempting to avoid. This coupled with an apartment complex that either has been sold or changed management three times, Sept 2023-January 2024. SAVE YOURSELF!! $1000.00 REFERRAL - Says a lot. Upon move in: Sept 2023 - MAKE READY?? NOPE Leak from ceiling first week upon move in - Someones bathtub, dirty bathwater leaking in living room. They didn't even ask how it ruined my rug and almost my grandmothers table and T.V. had I not saw it. APPLIANCES- You won't get stainless as promised LAUNDRY DOORS - Handle screed on using beer bottle cap STOVE - 3 legs CABINETS- Caved in, Greasy/dirty/no handles, riding on wood VENT HOOD - Vents to kitchen or rather onto top cabinets Grease all over side of stove, trash and debris under/in cabinets/ontop of cabinets BATHROOMS - Bathroom shower pipe flew off and hit daughter in leg upon move in. Caulked on. Shower and faucet - Comes out both places. The other shower had to get them to replace cartridge as no cold. Stopper is rubber. TOILETS- Old, half stopped, doesn't flush well after snaking, leaked upon move in from sewer AND Stopper handle wasting water WATER- Flat rate- you get billed per building WATER PIPES - Water pipes busted ALL over property. For my apartment wall to inside, outside due to lack of insullation on HOT, !! Flooded bathroom, they fixed the pipe, not the wall or flooring leaving gaps under baseboard until asked to fix WATER- Turned off once a week at the least PAINT - Everywhere: on mirrors, floors, cabinets, bottom of tub WINDOWS - 3 plexi-glass (leaked the rest of winter making bills astronomical) LOUD NOISES WINDOWS- Won't open shut. So dirty they dont seal/No bottom seal. Window railing so old they wont open properly and struggle to shut, HEATING/AIR- So loud you cant hear the TV let alone someone knocking on door FRONT DOOR - Knob placed backwards as to unscrew from outside. Door had been kicked in and barely attached to wall. Threshhold bends up and down, leaks air/water on almost all apartments, Peephole crushed, no emergency C-locks or extra deadbolt. Maintence comes in anytime they want and doesnt announce CLOSET DOOR/RODS - Handle come off, Rods so high I cant reach my clothing. BACKDOOR BLINDS- not long enough 3 inches short ROOFING -Patches all over/leaks in many apartments TRASH - Never taken?? Piles upon PILES and blows all over, PESTS: Black Birds- Pooping on cars, bathing in pool, COCKROACHES, RATS (traps everywhere) TURKEY VOLTURES on TRASH DAILY LAUNDRY- Old machines dont dry ($3.00 to dry one load) Spinklers leaked for 3 months before being repaired and BENBROOK WATER notifed all residents of termination of water due to non-payment Grill AT POOL (mandatory: no grilling, smoking on patio, or deck)- Missing Propane, regulator would not work. (purchased propane/regulator/Gasline $100 DOG FECES EVERYWHERE I placed work orders for most and due to it being so exhausting I'm just going to move. Please save yourself the time, energy and sanity. This place is 40+ yrs old and run down."

"The management has changed several times since I have lived here. Amy and her team seem to truly care about the community. This is a great area and the apartments feel like home. If you have doubts about these apartments just check them out. You will not be disappointed."

"If I could give this properly a 0. I’ve been here for a year without a working dryer/ac issues. I was hoping with this new management company coming in I wouldn’t have to worry. I pray for anyone running into a problem because you’ll have to learn to take 4-5 drying cycles and cranking the a/c. My energy bill is INSANE. I can’t keep affording this. You can call however many times, go up there to talk, hell even cry in front of them and you will still end up with no solutions. There is one particular person in the office who needs customer. I shouldn’t ever have to have a shouting match over issues out of my control. I wonder how they would feel if they had problems going on, that are completely treatable, and yet remain. To stress and worry where they sleep at night. Must be nice. Sadly I had to go up the corporate ladder with the last people. It’s a shame I have to get an outside power involved in the first place. I had taken down my old 1 star review because I thought things were gonna change. SMH. DO NOT MOVE HERE."

"I have lived at these apartments for a year and have nothing but great things to say. Moved into a freshly remodeled loft unit and never had any insect or maintenance issues. The new management ladies at the front desk are amazing as well . They have always been a blessing & patient with me any time I had a question or concern. They even had a Wine event that I enjoyed despite me arriving late and a back 2 school event that was much needed for my little 1st grader. You all are amazing"

"I moved into these apartments in July, and my ac went out the next day. In one day, I had a brand new ac unit when I came home from work. Since I been here I haven't had one problem. When I tell you the front office down to the maintenance department is very attentive when it comes to the residents."
