"Honestly very pleasant hotel manager very nice rooms really clean I love the workers very nice and everything I would definitely stay."
"Avoid! Checked in during the night and they claimed that they recently renovated the rooms. After i checked the room it looked very trashy. Stains on all the sheets, sheets looked very worn, roaches and smelled horrible. Looked like a third world country motel. As soon as i walked out and demanded my money back they said that there was no refunds even though they lied about renovations"
"Air condition not working properly and they did not change my room.now a lot of smokes and lot of Cuban peaple like them .I come plained and theydont did nothing.so I went out and never going back.i will report them in the motel and hotel.and I fill that they discriminate because worker and the smoker was Cuban and I am Mexican."
"Stayed here for a couple of days and I can honestly say I was happy with my stay here. Everyday our room got cleaned, the restrooms were good, the ac was great for the heat, I had no problem with the bed, and also the tv! Would definitely stay here next time I vacation in Laredo :)!!"
