"I can't say enough good things about the service and workmanship of Austin Furniture Upholstery. We needed to either get our living furniture reupholstered or buy something new. Originally, we decided to just replace both furniture pieces because they were pretty beaten up. We looked around a bit and everything was either too expensive or poorly built. Looking around definitely made us rethink kicking our old expensive Natuzzi couches to the curb because the frames were so well built. Enter Jose and the Austin Furniture Upholstery Team. We tried two other upholstery shops and Austin Furniture Upholstery was the only shop that could match our original microfiber material at a reasonable price. The fabric was half the price of one of the other shops as well. They even made arm covers for the pieces as well Their pick-up & delivery fee was reasonable as well. "Had a great experience here upholstering an ottoman. The old fabric was not stain resistant so it showed a lot of wear. We got a quote online and went in to select a fabric. We were happily surprised that the quote remained the same (quote was for upholstery service + cost of fabric which depends on what fabric you decide). Jose was great, very efficient and kept us in the loop when our fabric came in and when the ottoman was ready for pickup. Total process took less than 10 days from us picking out fabric to picking up our reupholstered ottoman. Jose and His team did a great job with reupholstery and made it look better overall than it did before! They even fixed the underside of ottoman (black cloth was torn and they replaced it). Will definitely use them again! Price was reasonable and less than buying a new ottoman."
