"Had such a good experience at this Lowe’s on a Sunday. Bill, in the lock/key area, clearly knew his stuff, handled customers with ease, and worked with us patiently to find a replacement for our front door hardware. Super-helpful and made it 10x worthwhile to visit the store (who knew you could program the lock to your existing key?)."
"Do not buy from Lowe’s. And this Lowe’s in particular. We purchased 3 major appliances on December 11th and they were delivered on December 16th. The washer and dryer were not hooked up at all and the installers left. It took us 4 days to escalate the issue high enough to have someone come back out to properly set them up. Fast forward 45 days later. The washing machine has completely stopped working (Maytag). I called Lowe’s service (Whirlpool) to have someone come out to fix the issue. We were told that there are no service providers in the area and someone would call us in 3 business days to then schedule a time to come out. If you don’t service the surrounding areas of the appliances you sell, don’t sell them. I will never purchase from Lowe’s and specifically this Lowe’s again."

"I just had a fantastic experience at the Lowe’s in Sunset Valley, Texas. I made an impulse decision to buy a fountain for the birds. The supervisor in the garden section helped me get one down from the highest shelf, made sure the pump and other equipment was with it and loaded it into my car. He was kind enough to give me a discount because it was a display. Also because it was not in the box, he opened up a separate box that did not have a fountain, but actually had the pump this one needed! That saved me so much trouble. Plus, I really appreciated the discount because it’s expensive, at least for me. I just set it up and the water is flowing. Hopefully the birds, squirrels, and Other wildlife will enjoy it. A great investment and a great company and a great employee."
