"It’s sad to see salespeople being super pushy. I wasn’t heard at all, instead, I was offered the most expensive option and lured to fill in a credit application, even though I told the lady that “the package “ was more than I needed and wanted since I won’t be using all the included items."
"Don't use there delivery service it takes to long to get things delivered if they don't get it right the 1st time 2nd time or third time I told them I would come pick up my equipment myself and they told me I would have to redo the whole contract again what kind of B's is that also since I didn't get my delivery when they were supposed to bring it, and of course it was my fault . They install people were supposed to come out but since 2st delivery date was missed they didn't know how long it would be, now I regret getting extra protection on all my equipment. If it takes them that long and that many mistakes to make things right it's probably cheaper to just buy it all new again. I had a delivery today between 9:15 and 12:15 I called them at 12:05 they told me when they checked on my delivery that the warehouse told them my equipment was broken. They could have called me and told me or better yet gone to the store and picked one up and brought it to me. I guess this warehouse only carries one of everything..."
"Great customer service from start to finish. Our salesman, Isaac Padilla, walked us through each piece selected, and even ran an extension cord to one of the sofa to show us all the features. Was on the spot with delivery times a pulling the whole package together."

"A company with the lowest level of ethics, transparency and honesty. Regardless of calling and asking to cancel the insurance on the account soon after the purchase, they have been charging us for insurance AND warranty for more than a year which we were totally unaware of. When I was told by the agent over the phone that we have been paying for these extra fees of insurance and warranty and we were completely unaware of, the only response we received from Conns Home Plus was that we apologize for the inconvenience!"
