"Cannot call the store and talk to anyone. Nobody answers the phone. The number just goes to a call center where I am told nobody can transfer me to anyone at the store. I was given extension 2280 to use with the store number, but nobody answers the extension after calling repeatedly over and over. Just sent to voicemail. Left more than one voicemail. Nobody called me back. Obviously don't want to talk to any customers. What could have been a five minute chat has now taken me hours of work. Still with no resolution. Because I can't speak with someone at the store. Ridiculous. Gives Best Buy as a whole a bad name. Try my best never to do business with Best Buy again."

"I had the best time getting a tour of the TV and TV accessories selection at this Best Buy location with Brandon. He was super knowledgeable about the capabilities of each model as well as their pricing and performance. He spent a ton of time walking me through each model’s strengths and weaknesses and even taught me how to navigate the demo functionality offered at this location. I didn’t feel pushed to make a decision right away nor did I feel pushed to opt for the priciest model available. He offered insightful opinions about the options that were of interest to me and I left the store with much more clarity regarding my choice than I came in with."
