"I just had the worst customer service experience while trying to replace my rigid (home depot brand) shop vacc. Usually rigid has a lifetime warranty, and you can replace equivalent tools right in the store. The customer service person did not want anything to do with helping and called over her manager, who shared that vibe. He had a big smile telling us the warranty is only for one year. The sale display right next to the customer service department has a big sign boasting lifetime warranty. The enjoyment these sick people got by telling us to F off, you could see that it made their day."

"Every Home Depot that I’ve been to, the workers are polite and well informed about whatever DIY home projects you’ll need help with. This Home Depot is no exception. The staff here had my order ready for pick up in minutes. Upon finding that the grill was damaged, they promptly replaced it with a new one and assisted us in loading it into the truck."

"Do not waste your time with purchasing from homedepot. The warranty info and customer service is absolutely awful. If you purchase the additional warranty it won’t be handled by homedepot. Instead it’s sent to a third party where you have to have 3-4 phone calls and do your own diagnosis and troubleshooting. Each time you call back as instructed you have to explain and go through everything. I had similar issue with an item I purchase from Lowe’s and they sent someone out immediately to address. Do better"

"We just had an absolutely fantastic experience shopping at Home Depot and I want to share my story. We were looking to redo the floors in two bathrooms and in a laundry room. Walking down the aisle when we ran into an employee by the named Lucas W. He had such a great attitude and it showed, it was clear that he was going to go the extra mile and wanted our business. I would have thought he was a store manager or the department head. Lucas was super knowledgeable and it turned out and helpful and he did not even work in that department. Lucas walks us over after helping us and introduces us to Sharon M. The service with Sharon stayed at the same great level. Sharon got everything set up for us to have 2 bathroom floors, a laundry room floor retiled and two new toilet’s installed. Sharon built the quote, and got everything set up with a smile and helped with all our questions and concerns. We had just had a terrible experience with another decor place and then this WOW Experience! On top of it all we are even saving some money while receiving Exceptional Service from Sharon and Lucas! Next time I will not make the same mistake and I will just go straight to Hone Depot!"

"Joseph is the reason Lowe’s will get all of my companies business. Literally yesterday they had me sign up for Pro after I’ve spent almost a million with Lowe’s this year and this guy is so rude that even the other customer he was helping left. I was only trying to check out at the other register that had the light on and he and another employee while they both told me to go to self checkout and they didn’t care if I had a pro account."
