"Don't buy an LG Washer - ever. Bought one here and they advertised a 1 year warranty. Problem is the warranty is with LG and they've run me in circles for a week, won't get someone out for another week and they said they can't even fix it then! They have to go through LGs protocols and won't be fixed until they order parts or talk to LG. Lowe's should stop selling LG products immediately. Staff is nice."
"Lowe’s continue to disappoint the average customer. People working but, ignoring a line of guests checking out. no cash registers open after 8:30pm. Only return area. Curbside pick up app doesn’t work. I had to call the store on arrival twice in one week. The staff is polite, but can’t help. This place is poorly managed."
"Customer service at this Lowe's location is the worst. It's close to my house so I keep trying to make excuses for the multiple rude interactions: "Oh! He/she is having a bad day," but I'm at the end of my rope. Today is an example of the commonly terrible service. I asked 1 of the 3 people stocking shelves if they mixed paint. It was a reasonable request considering I'm in the paint department. One looks at me like it's a crazy question, says nothing. Next, they all start talking to each other about how they don't work in the department and walk off. I find the manager to see if she can help, she says, "Someone called," then turns her back. I waited for 20 min. filled with hope for a positive interaction. It didn't happen."

"We went to buy water filtration system for our house and found all the products we were looking for. Associates were super helpful in bringing it down the rack and loading it onto our vehicle (although we had to wait for sometime before an associate could help us with loading). This is purchase we made after a very long time at Lowe's. If Lowe's could offer better prices (much more competitive to other vendors in the market), I am sure many will enjoy shopping at Lowe's."
