"Purchased a tempurpedic mattress back in 2021. We initially used it on the floor as a toddler bed and were surprised when we purchased a bed frame and it didn’t fit. We thought it was a cheap bed frame. We then went through several sheets that seemed very loose before a lightbulb went off and we thought to measure the mattress. It was a full size, which standard measures 75x54. Imagine our surprise when it measured 70x50. Obviously a defect. Store itself wouldn’t do anything, as we purchased a floor model. (Never disclosed to us it was not standard measurements) we reached out to tempurpedic and they approved a “exchange”, but want us to pay an extra $800 for it. Very disappointed. Buyer beware."
