"We purchased our sofa from Brad almost 10 years ago. It has been so durable that it has lasted through 4 moves including cross country. It's time for a new sofa so we of course bought our second sofa from BuildaSofa, this time cross country. The whole experience has been exceptional."

"We paid for our sofa in April of 23. We received it around end of June. It had some blemishes on the fabric that the delivery driver noticed when unwrapping it. So we called ABS. Bryce said he would come out and look at it which he did a couple of weeks later. He ordered some new fabric to cover the areas in question. STILL DO NOT HAVE the fabric and it January of 2024. Bryce just keeps telling us that it's on some cargo ship in the ocean. Find that hard to believe that he cannot sell any other pieces of furniture with that fabric because he can't have the fabric in stock to build. Bryce was nice up front but the customer service since our purchase has been disappointing. He has not followed up with us once without us initiating contact first. Sad because we thought we had finally found a reputable furniture company to deal with."

Bryce was very professional, knowledgable and knew exactly what type of fabric would be perfect for our household that has two crazy cats. He gave us a color palette booklet to match our fireplace and we couldn't be happier!! Would recommend."
