"Alex desk chair was not as described on their website. Terrible return policy for furniture this expensive. Edit to 5 stars: they did assist with mitigating refund fees as the pictures were different than what was on the website. Really appreciate it."

"We ordered dining room chairs last year. We had an issue with a chair and couldn't get a replacement in the same material we originally ordered. The staff, especially Sophie, have been awesome in getting us replacement chairs. While we have to wait for the new chairs, we will have the original ones until the new ones arrive. At our last visit we found some linen sheets which are amazing! We'll be back for sure!"

"Literally, a 40lb iron chandelier fell out of the ceiling and struck me. Apparently it was not mounted to ceiling studs. Wouldn't even give me their liability insurance info, I had to pay my own medical bills or get a lawyer. Thankfully, I wasn't too badly hurt, and didn't deem it worth my time, but from the looks of the ceiling and other chandeliers, not many were mounted properly. Super dangerous, would not advise even entering the store..."

"We recently moved here from out of state. The first time we went into Arhaus we were greeted by Sophie, Gracey, and Harold. They guided us through our furniture search and made the entire experience such a pleasure. Their knowledge and expertise was exactly what we were looking for. We are so pleased with the way our home has come together, warm, cozy, and comfortable. We feel so blessed to have found this wonderful team of professionals."

"I disagree with many reviews in regard to people being ignored when they come into Arhaus. To understand the store setup, there are two doors to enter, a front door and a back door. Arhaus becomes a thoroughfare since it makes it more convenient to go through the store than to walk around from one part of the Domain to the other side. So, it makes sense that every person walking through cannot be greeted. A good majority of the people coming through are only using Arhaus as a thoroughfare. With that said, I had the most amazing designers from Arhaus helping me. Teresa and Kristen are very attentive, extremely competent and have beautiful design ideas. They worked with me nonstop to find the right sofa. The quality of the sofas is outstanding. The fabric choices are excellent. And every single person I asked a question to there when Teresa or Kristen were busy were more than willing to help me. I definitely feel that the experience at shopping at Arhaus was nothing but positive."
