When we walked in everyone was busy which was fine for us because we had utilized the Mattress Match online before we came into the store. We knew basically what we wanted in a hybrid mattress. We had our choices down to 3 and ended up with an upgrade before we spoke with Richard. We left feeling like we had made the right selection for us and Richard gave us an exceptional deal. He explained the 10 yr guarantee that came with our mattress and the 120 day Sleep Trial. I went in with a certain price point in mind. Left with an upgraded mattress only spending a few hundred dollars more. I'm soooo happy with the product, the price and our sales associate. I even googled a better price on my phone while there and didn't even come close to what I actually paid. Amazon couldn't touch the price I paid. Go!! Ask for Richard!! You won't have to settle in quality to get the product you want at a price that's comfortable."
