"Purchased a new GE refrigerator and the drivers damaged it on the way. Pictures attached. The drivers did not get a signature and told us that they would be back in 3 days with a replacement. It has been 19 days. I contacted Home Depot and they have no damage notes from the driver and thus will not stand behind this. Very disappointed."

"Be REALLY careful with this store's appliance department, in particular when an associate (female associate, first initial S) tells you that you can return an item. I wanted to replace a built in microwave oven. She showed me online the one that I was interested. We made the arrangements to send someone to measure the space. BEFORE I purchased the microwave oven, I asked what would happen if the oven would not fit in the space. She said that I could return it; I would only have to wait for the money to be credited. Based solely on her representation, I purchased the appliance. Now I am told that the installers have to charge an additional $125 to cut the cabinet about 1/2 inch to install the microwave. When I mentioned that I rather return the appliance and get one that would fit without additional expense, I was told that I could not return the appliance!!! Unbelievable. This is a perfect example of bait and switch."
"Oh yes Home Depot is the best place to find all my needs , specially new paint to cover Jacob art on my walls lol . But I love how they have all the Christmas trees out already and more"
"Cleaner store & I like the checkouts; the new self checkouts seem much easier for people to use because they are much faster getting through the line. Only down side is this location just never seems to carry what I'm looking for so I've had to go to a different location every time. Update: I doubt anyone read my review but I'm no longer starting at this Home Depot & then going to one farther away to get what I'm looking for"
