"I came in for commercial paper towels and walked passed 7 employees before anyone offered to help after I found what I was looking for. That included 5 who made eye contact and looked away, including the cashier nearest to the door when I walked in. The selection is decent and with a big store swarming with employees Im shocked I had to help myself. This will be a last resort for me going forward, more business going to online retailers due to lack of service. **Additional: the paper towels are wrong. Sure wish someone had helped. I'll have to go back to exchange them. Won't ever go back. ONE STAR IS TOO MANY. **2nd Additional: Walter was helpful during my reurn process. Changed to 3 stars for Walter."
