"I spent 40 mins behind ONE customer in line. They clearly knew each other and were laughing and giggling the whole time. When it was my turn I asked if he knew her. he told me it was his friend. Then proceeded to shoaled me for being able to afford groceries. That his friend is looking to learn English. I explained to him we’re all going through something hope for the best for her. Clearly can’t even go to the one cashier open or take accountability that he was not doing his job. He then proceeded to talk about his mother and complain that someone was driving to close to her. The person behind me then asked if he was open. He was he turned off the light. He said yes. What did that have to do with him not doing his job? Walmart do better in your training."
"Don’t do pickup order. I waited a long time with only one other customer that had finished one calculator that I bought. I requested cancellation online, called them and told them I requested a cancellation because I was just going to go inside and buy it. I went inside and bought it and they marked my pickup order as PICKED UP! So I was charged for something I did not pick up! Then I had to call customer service to request a refund! Not cool for someone who is pressed for time!"
"In-store shopping is miserable. This store is not set up for curbside orders. H‑E‑B has bigger isles and not littered with curbside order carts all over the isles."
"Very interesting location with gorgeous scenery. I haven't seen a Walmart this nice before..ever. Every aisle was clean and organized, the employees were friendly, and the whole vibe is miles better than the average Walmart. I'm thoroughly impressed with this place."
