"I’m a very frequent shopper here out of convenience but have been very disappointed by the rude staff here recently. The people doing drive up (especially the girl today) seem to hate their jobs. Hire people who are actually friendly for a change. Or… don’t offer the service if you are going to have an attitude delivering items to customers."
"David I believe was his name, the guy at the self check out was extremely rude. I politely asked him if he could fix the price for me on an item that didn’t ring up with your promotion price. He bluntly told us that he would do it for me “just this once” because people put items in the wrong section all the time. Once again… i politely replied “oh this wasn’t in the wrong section, everything there has the same promotion tag” He replied with “ I know how stocking works” and walked away. My wife and I looked at each other like wow. I went up to him and asked if he would like to walk with me to the section so I could show him that the item wasn’t in the wrong section and he replied with no the vendor must have placed it in the wrong place. How is that possible when the same promotion is being advertised on your website?"
"Is it really necessary to have 32 UNUSED DRIVE UP SPACES taking up... CLEARLY you can see only some taken up, but do you really need this many? So much traffic trying to find a spot because most of these "DRIVE UP" Are not being utilized all at the same time.... come on...."
"I liked this Target! I came here because Target is the only place to carry the Mexican cookies I like. Every time I go in though, I have to venture off to other departments because their home goods are adorable, and I also love their clothes. I was in quick and out quick. The lines were kind of long but I made it through self-checkout no problem."
"I don’t know if this is how Houston chains work as I’m in town for a Taylor Swift concert, but I was shocked to see anything like this inside a Target. My self checkout employee, Tara, however was very sweet and helper. She’s the reason the review has the extra stars."
