"It’s been twice my visit to this store, and always the same rude staff they have, or maybe their racist, on both stores I’ve been treated like my money don’t matter, they won’t greet or even ask if I find everything I need or need help, but I can see their talking to other clients as well. I will be returning what I bought. Kirklands you need to train your staff"
"Products are okay quality, on the pricey side even with discount.. I give a it a three star because the staff always gives me the stinky eye. Last time I visited, I was doing a return, employee tossed return receipt on the counter. Kirkland’s stands behind their return policy, if one is not completely satisfied with their purchase, customers get 30 days to return it in the form in which they paid the store originally. It’s rude to any customer in general to feel upset at Kirkland’s employees reaction, when making an exchange or return as if they are not pleased to see a customer walk in the next day with a returned item. RUDE!"

"Came here for some last minute Christmas shopping.. They had a nice selection of stuff, and gave me some ideas for after the new year. Staff was polite and helpful when needed. I also had my 2 grandkids with me, and the staff didn't seem to mind them asking all kinds of crazy questions. I'll be back for some things that caught my eye. I also had some fun with the mugs."
"I absolutely love Kirklands! They always have great sales and beautiful items for the home. They change products enough that it never gets old. And the quality of their merchandise is great! You can count on getting that thing you weren't specifically looking for there and also be sure it will smell great when you get it home! I dont know how they get the store to smell so wonderful unless it's the sachet packets for sale all over the store. I'm always inspired to buy something everytime I go there."
