"The room was quiet and overall clean. The breakfast was fine for most of our stay. The eggs were a little watery. I also noticed by 8 am they ran out of fruit and muffins. The mini refrigerator in our room froze most of our food. I hope that the issue gets fixed. The hotel has an Amazon locker which is nice."

"I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for my son's Soccer Tournament in December 2023. The staff went out of their way to make me feel valued as a guest. The Manager, Santiago was so very helpful to me as he had a soccer background himself. He took the time to explain some soccer strategies to me (as I am new to Soccer) which was so nice of him to do. Whenever I needed help with internet staff Member, Jacob even helped my logon to the Internet with my son's game console, which can be tricky for me as I am not that tech savvy. And their premium internet was very fast which was helpful for gaming and working online. The hotel also has some good food choices close, and even the staff gave me a document that outlined all the restaurant's nearby and also had their hours and a description of each restaurant. There is a massive HEB about half mile a way that was very convenient as well. The hotel is also only a ~10-minute drive to the Schertz Soccer Complex, which was so nice for the hectic schedule of a soccer tournaments. The room was very clean and whenever we needed extra help the staff showed up quickly with extra towels, etc. The breakfast was very fresh and opened at 6am which is so vital for those early morning tournaments start times. Lastly, the night attendant Sean was so helpful as I have to work nights and was very accommodating to my needs to work in the lobby. I would highly recommend staying here again for all the outlined reasons above."

"Mainly offering this review because of the poor and lacking maintenance of the facilities. The staff themselves are relatively friendly and kind. Above average cleanliness across the hotel. Below average WiFi (speed/latency/reliability). Room needed multiple visits to fix room (eg squeaking and rattling AC unit, jammed door, broken outlet plug). To top all of this - some of their industrial dryers set the fire alarm off multiple times - that left a nice aroma on top floors. So if you like multiple fire drills - you’re in luck. No effort to apologize made by the hosts on either occasion."
