"I reported that my refrigerator was filling up with water from a leak somewhere and maintenance was quick to respond. Staff vacuumed out the water, but suggested I share with the manager since this same issue has been ongoing. I sent a picture to management of the issue as well, and they replaced my old fridge with a brand new one within less than a week turnaround. So thankful, that old fridge was unsanitary! They could have ignored me, but they truly showed they care. To all parties involved, I am grateful for the intervention. Thank y'all and God bless y'all!"

"I had a few issues moving in pertaining to the condition and slight pest issues; however, the ladies in the front office were very understanding and began to get these issues taken care of right away. I feel more at ease. I understand this is an older building, but it is being kept up. So far, so good now!"

"I enjoy living in this complex and have not had any major problems. The price is competitive, the area is nice, and it's mostly quiet. I do wish the appliances were a little more up-to-date. They function fine but look like something that would be purchased in the nineties. The thermostat is the old school (Where are you push the lever up/down). I wish they would upgrade to an electric thermostat. Maintenance is really friendly and does a good job of staying on top of any issues. The only other thing I can say is a little bothersome is that they seem to move (a little too fast) when a tenant moves out. My unit got repainted n they did a pretty sloppy job. The drawers in the bathroom had some hair and dirt that were just painted over rather than cleaned first. The price is a little less than similar units in the area, so these minor issues are things I can live with! Great view from the balcony! Nice to be able to walk to the YMCA, Dollar store, Park, and other places also!"
